Edgyweb Enterprises ("we", "our", or "us") operates Co|Pare. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data and co-parenting records when you use our web application and mobile applications.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Data: Name, email address, contact information, and encrypted password credentials.
  • Co-Parenting Records: Shared schedules, custody calendars, handover notes, communication logs, expense records, and uploaded supporting documents created by you and your co-parenting partner.
  • AI Assistant Features: Anonymized text snippets submitted for tone analysis and communication assistance.
  • Payment & Transaction Data: In-app subscriptions on iOS are processed securely by Apple via StoreKit. Web purchases are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store or process raw credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Technical & Device Data: Basic device type, operating system version, and crash diagnostics to ensure service reliability.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver core features including shared calendar scheduling, messaging records, and court-ready export reports.
  • To verify account access, manage subscription entitlements, and provide customer support.
  • We do NOT sell, rent, or monetize your personal information, communications, or co-parenting data to third parties or advertising networks.

3. Data Storage & Security

  • We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/HTTPS in transit and AES encryption at rest) to safeguard your sensitive co-parenting information. Access to data is restricted to authorized systems required for service delivery.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

  • You retain complete ownership of your data. You may export your records or permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time via the Settings menu within the application, or by submitting a request to support@copare.app. Upon account deletion, personal records are permanently purged from active databases in accordance with our retention schedule.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

  • We may utilize trusted third-party cloud infrastructure and verification providers strictly to host our application, process payment receipts, and send service notifications.
