End User License Agreement

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "EULA") carefully before using the Co|Pare platform operated by Edgyweb Enterprises. By accessing or using the service on the web or via mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Co|Pare is a digital organization and coordination platform designed to assist separated parents in managing schedules, communication logs, expenses, and parenting records. Co|Pare is a software tool only and DOES NOT provide legal advice, legal representation, court mediation, or legally binding dispute resolution.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to use the service to harass, threaten, intimidate, defame, or infringe upon the legal rights or safety of any individual, including co-parents and children.

3. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases & Billing

Co|Pare offers premium features under the "Co|Pare Pro" auto-renewable subscription plan.
Billing & Payment: For iOS users, payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase. For web users, billing is handled securely via our web merchant of record.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. iOS subscribers can manage or cancel subscriptions via their Apple ID / App Store Account Settings. Web subscribers can manage billing directly from their Account Settings.
Refunds: In-app purchase refund requests on iOS are handled directly by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

4. Intellectual Property & User Content

You retain ownership of the content and records you upload to Co|Pare. You grant Edgyweb Enterprises a limited, non-exclusive license solely to store, process, and transmit your data as necessary to operate the service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Edgyweb Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or inability to access or use, the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
